I wanted to write and express my heartfelt thanks for your kindness and medical excellence during my recent surgery. For some time I had been living with a condition of chronic pain and declining mobility. I knew that an operation was a possibility, and this stayed in the back of my mind for quite some time. However, your obvious concern for me and your confidence in the result convinced me that hip replacement was a reasonable option.

I am now completely pain free and walking with more stability than I have in years. For this I will always be grateful to you. But more than for your technical expertise, I am grateful for your calm assurance and good-natured professionalism that gave me the confidence to take a chance on a better tomorrow.
