Dr. Pannullo is currently on staff at Ocean Medical Center, Central Jersey Surgical Center in Eatontown, and the Toms River Surgery Center in Toms River. He is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Management. Dr. Pannullo’s procedural skills include cervical, thoracic and lumbar epidurals; lumbar discography, facet joint injections; intradiscal electrothermal annuloplasty (IDET), sacroiliac joint and other major joint injections, lumbar sympathetic ganglion blocks; lumbar disc percutaneous decompression, dorsal column stimulator placement, electromyography and the interpretation of somatosensory evoked potentials (SSEP’s). Dr. Pannullo was born and raised in Newark, New Jersey. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree at UPSALA College in East Orange, New Jersey and graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan in 1993. He completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from formerly New York Hospital – Cornell Medical Center. He was the Medical Director at the Penn State Geisinger Rehabilitation Hospital in Danville, Pennsylvania. He completed a Fellowship in spinal injection techniques and pain management in York, Pennsylvania in 2000 under the supervision of Dr. Michael Furman, a nationwide lecturer and leader in the field. Dr. Pannullo is also an Independent Board Certified Medical Examiner.
